Saturday was a blast as we went up into the mountains to cut down our Christmas Tree. We went up into our friend's lot, so we didn't even have to pay anything for it! How awesome is that! Daiken, Brailee, and Daddy looked and looked for a Christmas tree, but soon became distracted by our friend's dog, River. So Grandpa finished the "looking and finding" part.

After not too long, Brailee gathered up some snow and made a huge snow ball and threw it right at ME! Thus started our family snow ball fight. Brailee was really good at aiming and hitting her target, which was mostly me! Daiken would pick up a handful of snow and just throw it in the general direction he wanted it to go, and Estee was content to just eat it. Daiken finally got the hang of getting a little snow ball to form. He enjoyed throwing them at his grandpa the most!
Dad threw a snow ball at me, so I of course threw one back, but it ended up a little too high, and it landed right in his EAR! He wasn't too happy about that. So I RAN for my life. Literally. Dad picked up a huge chunk of snow and was about to shove it down my shirt, when Brailee saved me! She came running up the hill very scared and mad because I was screaming and Grandpa was chasing me and I kept yelling "No! No! No! I'm Sorry, I'm Sorry!" So after Grandpa got a glimpse of Brailee's face, he stopped pursuing me. Well, at least I didn't get AS much snow down my shirt as I would have, if it weren't for my sweet Brailee there to save me.

Everyone was gained up on throwing snowballs at mommy while I had the camera. Here are a couple videos to show you all what I went through! Luckily Adam had bought me very good gloves for Christmas one year, so I didn't have a hard time at all making snowballs to throw right back. Except when I had the camera!
