Beauty?

so, it's so depressing...I was just putting on my makeup, and I am totally getting all wrinkly! How sad is that? my face which used to be so taut, is starting to get increasingly noticeable wrinkle lines. I color my hair, so I haven't noticed any gray, but, then again, my mom didn't start getting gray until she was like 48, so maybe I'm ok in that area. Man, I don't want to get old. I always thought I'd welcome wrinkles, that is, until I am starting to notice them. Now I'm not too sure!

MaryKay as great stuff for wrinkles! I even put anti wrinkle stuff on my face and I dont have them yet, just to protect my skin. Let me know if you want info on some products! But I do understand how you feel. I got my hair colored the other day and my girlfriend found a gray hair, I cried.

Oh stop! You are beautiful! Wrinkles should make you proud! You earned all those! My guess is that yours are from smiling so much or laughing with your kids! :) You wouldn't trade those for anything! But I hear you on that getting older thing, it really is not fun!

I wish I could say that all my wrinkles were from smiling or laughing...but when they come in the form of bags under the eyes or creases in the forehead, I think they are coming from lack of sleep and getting upset with my kids. Better work on those things!

That is so funny that you would say that because I was just noticing on your blog how young and cute you are! I thought I would welcome them too but it just makes me feel old and I am not old and dont want to feel that way. I heard the other day that "you are only as old as you act" so I am good for a while I guess! Thanks for you thoughts!

Excuse Me!?!? I don't have any gray in my hair! What are you talking about??? (giggle) Honey, I fight the wrinkles all of the time - and the gray just makes me cry! BUT... I suppose if I am going to be old enough to enjoy laughing at my grandchildren, I guess I'm old enough for wrinkles and that gray stuff I have you cover up in my hair. Love ya!!! Mom
