Preschool

Does anyone have any fabulous ideas for some kind of preschool program I can do at home with my kids? Preschool here is $200-$450 a month, believe it or not! I think I'll put Brailee in a dance class once a week, and then supplement school at home. That way I can involve Daiken as well. I've gotten a few ideas from my mother and sister-in-law, but wondering what else is out there if any of you have ideas?

My mom used to teach preschool for all of the kids in the neighborhood (and us too). She did lots of fun stuff. I'll ask her what she used to do and let you know! And Devin says to talk to Aunt Laurie, cause I guess she teaches preschool, too.

I did joy school with 2 friends in my ward switching houses each week. I used the website http://www.valuesparenting.com/ and it was very helpful, but I would make up my own curriculum if I did it again. Good luck!

So, I don't have any good preschool ideas because I am a dead beat mom and I just send my kids to someone else for preschool...:) I am sure you could find some great websites out there though. Have you "googled" preschool curriculum?
I had to tell you though that the picture of you and Brailee in the pool on your mom's blog is a GREAT picture. I love it! You are both so stinking georgeous!
Love you, and miss you! Wish we could come hang with the fam this weekend at Chelsee's farewell. It is going to be a great time!
Hope to somehow see you and spend time with you guys soon! (any trips to Utah planned??)

I did pre-K at home with Hannah and a couple other moms trading off every three weeks. WE found several great sites. I hope they help you out: PreschoolPrintables.com is a great site, also Starfall.com has letter pages to print out as well. Crayola.com has a lot of free stuff and great ideas.

Good luck and have fun and give me a call if you have any questions.
