Estee;s New Feet- or soon to be

Today Estee got her braces for her feet. I can't remember the technical term of what she has, it's too long of a name, but her little feet are turned in, so instead of casting her, her doctor did some research, and we molded her feet and they made these braces for her. Babies don't have all their bones connected and grown yet, so they just have cartlidge filling in the spaces. Therefore, babies are like clay to mold. 4-8 weeks in these new shoes and her feet will be turned out and she'll be just fine. Now she can still play in the water, take baths, and sleep at night with these braces instead of casting her. What a great doctor.

I don't know that you could do stuff like that. That's pretty awesome. And that museum looks like it was a lot of fun!! I think that musuems and zoos are such a great way to spend time with the kids. I love those pics of Daiken too. How cute! And by the way, I think your blog is pretty darn cute too!
